逍遥散治疗肝郁气滞型寻常痤疮随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察逍遥散治疗肝郁气滞型寻常痤疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组。对照组50例复方硫磺洗剂,洁面后,将复方硫磺洗剂涂擦于患处,2次/d。治疗组50例逍遥散(当归、赤芍、白芍、柴胡、白术各15g,茯苓30g,紫草、连翘各15g,地肤子20g,白鲜皮15g,土茯苓20g,丹皮15g,陈皮12g,甘草8g),水煎100mL,1剂/d,早晚温服。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、GAGS评分、血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效3例,有效37例,无效2例,总有效率是96.00%;对照组痊愈3例,显效18例,有效21例,无效8例,总有效率为84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组GAGS评分均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组男、女血清睾酮(T)及雌二醇(E2)水平均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]逍遥散治疗肝郁气滞型寻常痤疮疗效确切,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the efficacy Xiaoyaosan treatment of ache vulgaris. [ Method ] Random parallel control method, 100 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to treatment sequence. A control group of 50 patients compound sulfur lotion, after cleansing, the compound sulfur lotion rubbed on the affected area, 2 times / d. Treatment group, 50 patients Xiaoyaosan （ Angelica, Red peony, White peony root, Radix, Atractylodeseach 15g, Poria30g, Comfrey, Forsythia 15g, Kochiascoparia20g, Fresh white skin 15g, Soil Poria 20g, Paeonol 15g, Dried tangerine peel 12g, Licorice 8g） . Decoction 100mL, ldose/d, morning and evening, warm clothes. Continuous treatment two weeks for a course. Clinical symptoms, GAGS score, serum immunological parameters, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure eight cases, three cases markedly effective in 37 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 96.00% ; cured three cases in the control group, 18 cases markedly effective in 21 cases, 8 cases noneffective, the total effective rate 84.00%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . GAGS score were improved in both groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）, two groups of male and female serum testosterone （ T ） and estradiol （ E2 ） levels were improved （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Xiaoyaosan curative treatment of ache vulgaris, should be popularized in clinical practice.
