急性咽炎合剂治疗产褥期风热犯表型感冒随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察急性咽炎合剂治疗产褥期风热犯表型感冒疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组30例板蓝根颗粒,每次剂量为0.2g/kg,3次/d,口服。治疗组30例急性咽炎合剂,每次剂量为0.4mL/Kg,3次/d,口服。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状总评分、体温下降时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效10例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈10例,显效6例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状总评分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。体温下降时间治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]急性咽炎合剂治疗产褥期风热犯表型感冒效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Mixture on acute pharyngitis treatment of puerperal wind heat invading phenotype cold effect. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 60 patients were numbered according to the order of treatment were divided into two groups. A control group of 30 cases of Banlangen Granules, at a dose of 0.2g/kg, 3 /d, oral. The treatment group of 30 cases of acute pharyngitis mixture, at a dose of 0.4mL/Kg, 3 / d, oral. Continuous treatment with 3d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, symptom score, body temperature fall time, adverse reaction. Continuous 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 15 cases, effective in 10 cases, effective 3 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group cured 10 cases, effective in 6 cases, effective 9 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 83.33%. The clinical effect of the treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05） . Total symptom score in two groups were improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The drop in body temperature time in treatment group was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Acute pharyngitis mixture in the treatment of puerperal wind heat invading phenotype cold effect is significant, worthy of popularization.
