中药熏蒸和护理颈肩腰腿痛120例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药熏蒸和护理颈肩腰腿痛疗效。[方法]将120例门诊及住院患者中药熏蒸和护理,滋肝补肾药(生地12g,丹皮10g,云苓12g,山药、旱莲草、山芋肉、女贞子15g,泽泻12g);祛风化湿通络活血止疼中药(川芎、当归15g,桑寄生30g,赤芍15g,草乌10g,苍术、仙灵脾、木瓜15g,川牛膝20g,独活30g,威灵仙20g,鸡血藤30g)。操作过程:接通电源,液体容器加清水,中药放入纱布袋封装,封闭容器,启动开关,按相应治疗部位开关,调节设定温度。病人堵住蒸汽出口,开启定时器,50min/次,1次/d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈56例,显效43例,有效18例,无效3例,有效率达到97.50%。[结论]中药熏蒸和护理颈肩腰腿痛效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation neck, shoulder, waist and nursing curative effect. [ Methods ] 120 cases of outpatient and inpatient of fumigation medicine and nursing, liver kidneymedicine （Shengdi 12g, Danpi 10g, Yunling12g, Shanyao, Hanliancao, Shanyurou, Nvzhenzi 15g, Zexie 12g ） ;Functions of wet t2dm with huoxue pain killer medicine （ Chuangqiong, Danggui 15g, Sangjisheng 30g, Chishao 15g, Caowu 10g, Cangzhu, Xianlingpi, Mugua 15g, Chuanniuxi 20g, Duhuo 30g, Weilingxian 20g, Jixueteng 30g ） .During operation： power, liquid container, add water, medicine put gauze hag packaging, closed containers, start switch, press the appropriate treatment site switch, adjust the set temperature. Patients steam outlet blocked, starts a timer, 50min / times, 1 times / d. 30d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, determine the efficacy. [ Results ] 56 cases cured, 43 cases were markedly effective, 18 patients effectively, invalid （ 3 cases ）, efficient 97.50%. [ Conclusion ] The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and nursing effect of neck, shoulder, waist, is worth promoting.
