养阴活胃合剂治疗萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察养阴活胃合剂治疗萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将176例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。忌烟酒及辛辣之物,停用其他药物。对照组86例胃复春片,1.436g/次,3次/d。治疗组90例养阴活胃合剂(丹参、鸡内金各15g,白茅根、木瓜、白术各10g,莪术、炙甘草、砂仁6g,阿魏芦根8g,茯苓20g,制远志5g,乌贼骨30g),1剂/d,水煎2次至200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈38例,有效48例,无效4例,总有效率95.56%。对照组痊愈24例,有效36例,无效26例,总有效率69.77%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养阴活胃合剂治疗萎缩性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the Yin live gastric mixture curative effect of atrophic gastritis. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 176 cases of outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Avoid alcohol and spicy things, disable other drugs. The control group 86 cases Weifuehun piece, 1.436g / time, 3 times / d. Treated 90 cases of gastric Yangyin live agent （ Salvia, Gallus gallus the 15g, rhizome, papaya, Atractylodes 10g, Curcuma, licorice, Amomum 6g, ferulic phragmites 8g, Poria 20g, system Polygala 5g, squid bone 30g）, 1 dose / d, cook 2 times to 200mL, sooner or later orally. 90d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The treatment group 38 cases cured, effective 48 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.56%. 24 cases of control group cure effective, 36 cases effectiveness and 26 cases, total effective rate was 69.77%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Yin gastric mixture in the treatment of atrophic gastritis, is worth promoting.
