摘　　要：咳嗽虽不独于肺,也"不离于肺",慢性咳嗽为常见病,多发病,迁延难愈,给患者带来极大痛苦。通过具体病例,分析咳嗽的病因病机,治疗原则,辨证应用金沸草散,临证加减,疗效满意,值得推广。Cough is caused by five viscera and six hollow organs, not only by lung, which does not isolate lung.The position of cough is in the lung and the lung loses its clearingaction and abnormal rising of qi.Jinfeicao powder is first seen in Bojifango wanyan of song dynasty, which has few drugs and lifting ordered, combination of diverge and convergence, all can recover the activities of lung qi, so it has therapeutic efficacy on relieving cough.Clinical addition and subtraction of jinfeisao powder has better effect treated chronic cough..
