中药治疗药流后阴道出血研究

摘　　要："药流后阴道出血"属"胞衣残留"、"产后恶露不断"、"堕胎下血"等,遵循"虚者朴之、热者清之、疲者化之"、"急则治其标,缓则治其本"原则,依据恶露的色、量、臭气、质等辨其寒、热、虛、实。药流净能够缩短药物流产后出血时间、减少阴道出血量,促进月经恢复,作用机理可能与抗感染、止血、兴奋子宫平滑肌、促进子宫内膜的修复以及促进绒毛或蜕膜变性、坏死等有关。目前对病因病机、用药选方认识还未完全统一规范,中药对生殖激素、子宫血管及形态变化影响机理还未明确;期待今后加强实验及临床研究,进一步探明病因病机。＂After the drug flow, vaginal bleeding＂ is ＂afterbirth residual＂,＂postpartum lochia continue,＂ ＂abortion under the blood＂ and follow the ＂virtual persons Park, the Heat were clear, the tired person of the＂, ＂anxious then treat, slow then treat the＂ principle, while according to lochia color, amount, odor, quality, etc. Bianqi cold, heat, deficiency and excess.
