穴位推拿+灸盒灸+拔罐联合常规护理脑卒中肢体障碍随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察穴位推拿+灸盒灸+拔罐联合常规护理脑卒中肢体障碍效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例住院患者按住院号单双号分两组。对照组42例常规护理:①保持患肢功能位置,按良肢位(抗痉挛体位)摆放;②早期被动运动,中后期主动运动;③心理疏导:个体化、规范化心理疏导,分析和解释患者提出的问题,满足心理需求。治疗组42例①患肢穴位推拿,包括肩、肘、指、髋、膝、踝的屈曲、伸展、内收、外旋、抬举等活动;取穴肩前、手三里、曲池、合谷、血海、阳陵泉、足三里、解溪、太冲等穴,按压2min/穴,再用揉法、一指禅、推法等,1次/d,20min/次;②灸盒灸,选肩前、血海、足三里、涌泉等穴,以潮红为度,1次/d;③拔罐:走罐、留罐,动作轻、快、稳、准,以皮肤红润、充血或瘀血为度,隔日1次;④常规护理同对照组。两组均连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、肌力评分、肢体功能、生活能力、不良反应。治疗1个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈8例,显效25例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率95.20%。对照组治愈3例,显效17例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率81.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医护理联合常规护理规范护理卒中肢体障碍效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Observation of acupuncture point massage plus moxibustion box moxibustion ＋ per cutem joint effect of conventional nursing stroke limb disorders.
