摘　　要：首先简要介绍研究背景,然后阐述政府信息资源生命周期管理的内涵和总体目标,在此基础上总体梳理关于政府企业等对于信息生命周期管理模型的应用情况,构建针对政府2.0特色的政府信息资源生命周期管理新模型,并进行解析。最后结合问卷调研和各阶段特色提出相应管理策略创新优化的突破点,并做出小结和展望。First of all, this paper introduces the study background. Then, government information resource management＇s connotation and overall goals are defined. Based on the existing information litecycle management model＇ s applications in the government and enterprise, it establishes a new government information lifecycle management model that specifics to the characters of government 2.0, and gives analysis on it. At last, before a brief summary and prospect, breakthroughs about management strategy innovation are raised combined with the survey and characteristics in each phase.
