摘　　要：总结我国政府信息资源开发利用现有的模式和存在问题,分析新技术对我国政府信息资源开发利用的影响,最后从管理机制、技术和服务理念3个方面讨论我国政府信息资源开发利用模式的创新方向。Information has become such an important factor for social and economic development in the information age that the development and utilization of government information resources highlights the importance. This paper summarizes the existing development and utilization models of government information resources and their problems, and analyzes the influences of new technologies on the development and utilization of Chinas government information resources. Finally, from three aspects of technical, management mechanism and service concepts, this paper discusses the innovative orientation for the development and utilization model of government information resources.
