摘　　要：文章讨论了分子信标技术和DNA自组装作为DNA计算的重要模型,并对近年来分子信标技术和DNA自组装技术的发展状况进行了总结;将分子信标技术的优势融入DNA自组装模型,提出一种DNA四面体结构,并利用该结构解决布尔逻辑运算问题。Molecular beacon and DNA self-assembly as the important DNA computing model are dis-cussed ,and recent developments of molecular beacon technology and DNA self-assembly technology are summarized .The advantages of molecular beacon technology are integrated into DNA self-assem-bly model ,and a tetrahedron structure of DNA is proposed to solve the problem of the Boolean logical operation .
