洁悠神配合湿敷治疗急性湿疹糜烂渗出创面的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨长效抗菌材料洁悠神配合湿敷治疗急性湿疹糜烂渗出创面的效果。方法将130例急性湿疹糜烂渗出创面病人随机分为两组。在常规治疗和护理基础上,对照组采用乳酸依沙丫啶溶液湿敷糜烂渗出创面;观察组使用乳酸依沙丫啶溶液湿敷创面后,配合使用洁悠神,将其均匀喷洒于糜烂渗出创面上,共治疗2个疗程。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组(Z=2.32,P<0.05)。观察组治愈时间较对照组短,自觉症状较对照组轻,差异有显著性(t=2.26,χ2=7.15,P<0.05)。结论洁悠神配合乳酸依沙丫啶溶液湿敷治疗急性湿疹糜烂渗出创面效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of combined JUS （a long-acting antibacterial material） and wet dressing on the wound surface of acute eczema erosion （AEE）. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with AEE were evenly randomized to two groups., control and observation. In addition to routine treatment and nursing, the patients in the control group received wet dressing of Ethacridine Lactate Solution （ELC） wet dressing on the wound followed by spraying JUS on the wound surface, two courses of treatment were offered in both groups. Results The efficacy in the observation group was much better than the con- trol group （Z = 2.32, P 〈0.05）, the cure time in the former group was shorter, and the subjective symptoms were slighter than the latter group, the differences between them being significant （t =2.26,X^2 =7.15,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of wet dressing using combined Jieyoushen with Ethacridine Lactate Solution on the wound surface of acute eczema erosion is notable, which is worth to popularize clinical application.
