在用柴油机油基础油及其中的清净分散剂耗解研究

摘　　要：应用理化检测及元素分析、红外光谱、气相色谱和质谱等分析技术对在用柴油机油基础油及其中的金属清净剂的耗解进行了跟踪分析。结果表明,在用柴油机油基础油在使用过程中,黏度、密度等理化指标发生显著的变化,其中金属清净剂的耗解水平可以通过油品碱值或添加剂的特征红外光谱来表征。The physical and chemical testing and elemental analysis, IR, gas chromatography and mass spectrometry analy- sis technology were used to analyze the degradation of the base oil and metallic detergent additive in in - service diesel en- gine oil. The results show that, physical and chemical indexes of the base oil in in - service diesel engine oil change signifi- cantly; The total base number and characteristic infrared spectrum can indicate the degradation of the metal detergent additive.
