摘　　要：本文利用能力资源整合理论研究跨国风险投资在华的投资活动对我国风险投资业产生影响的机制．找出衡量上述影响的具体指标，构建评价指标体系。同时利用因子分析法分析2002～2011年跨国风险投资活动对我国风险投资业产生的影响，得出该影响近十年的变化趋势为先逐渐增加后逐渐减小，并在此基础上提出针对性建议。The article uses the ability and resource integration theory to study the influencing mechanism of foreign investment in China on China's venture capital industry, finds out the specific indicators to measure the above-mentioned influence, and constructs the evaluation indicator system. Meanwhile, the article uses factor analysis method to analyze the impact of transnational venture capital activities in 2002-2011 on China's venture capital industry, and draws the conclusion that such impact has gradually increased for the beginning, and then declined in the recent ten years. Finally, the article makes targeted suggestions on this basis.
