摘　　要：武警部队的健康管理研究和实践目前正处于起步阶段,要尽早发挥健康管理对官兵健康和战斗力的保障作用,必须建立上下协同的健康管理体系,提升其组织性、系统性、科学性和规范性。本文在借鉴外军和国内健康管理体系构建的基础上,根据武警部队现有卫生服务体系及职责,提出了武警部队健康管理体系的构建设想,以供决策、研究和实践参考。Health management research and practice in People＇s Armed Police Forces （PAPF）is currently in its infancy. In order to play a safeguard role, it is urgent to establish a health management system which is organizational, systematic, scientific and normative. On the basis of present health management system of foreign armies and at home, as well as the health service system and its responsibilities of PAPF, a construction model of health management system in PAPF is put forward, which, we hope, can be reference for decision making, research and practice.
