关于健康管理人才专业化培养的思考

摘　　要：健康管理是健康服务业的支撑产业,随着国家对健康服务业的高度重视,健康管理已成为引领和推动中国科技与产业发展的重要领域。但目前健康管理专业人才紧缺,已经成为影响其发展的瓶颈。本文通过分析健康管理人才需求和培养现状,总结了健康管理人才应具有的业务素质,提出高校健康管理的专业定位及人才培养方案。以促进我国健康产业快速可持续发展,推进人民健康水平不断提高。Health management is a supporting health service industry. With national attention on the health serviee industry, health management has become an important area which has led and facilitated the development of Chinese science and industry. However, the shortage of health management personnel has become a bottleneck. Through the analysis of the personnel needs and training situation of health management personnel, as well as the necessary quality of health management personnel, professional orientation and training plan of health management in academies are proposed, which can promote rapid and sustained development of Chinese health industry and continually improve the health of the people.
