摘　　要：随着两岸关系的改善和两岸民间交流加速发展,增进了两岸彼此了解,建立与巩固了两岸互信,却也衍生了非传统安全因素,如跨境犯罪、传染疾病和食品安全等对两岸关系的影响。由于两岸非传统安全问题的多元性、跨界性和议题主导性,在其解决上,更体现了两岸合作的重要性。本文采用SWOT方法对两岸非传统安全合作的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析,剖析了两岸非传统安全合作的现状、不足和未来发展趋势,并提出相应的策略。With the improvement of the cross-Strait relations and the speed-up development of the people＇s exchanges the mutual understanding between the two sides has been enhanced and the mutual trust established and consolidated. However, it is clear that this also leads to some non-traditional security factors such as cross-border crimes, infectious diseases and food se- curity that have produced an effect on the cross-Strait relations. Because of the diversity of non-traditional security issues, the involvement of the trans-boundary and some dominant items, the cooperation between the two sides would prove to be of great importance for the ultimate solution to those problems. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvanta- ges, opportunities and threats in the cross-Strait non-traditional security cooperation by using the SWOT method. At the same time, it also makes a careful study of the status quo, inadequacy and the trend of future development in the cooperation before proposing some corresponding strategies.
