摘　　要：随着信息科技和数字技术迅猛发展,数字出版物缴送制度的法制建设迫在眉睫。阐述了数字出版物的定义和数字出版物的种类,分析了国内外数字出版物缴送制度的立法现状,提出了数字出版物缴送后合理使用的建议。Along with the rapid development of information technology and digital technology, the legal construction of the digital publications＇ deposit system is imminent. This paper expounds the definition and types of digital publications,analyzes the legislation status of digital publications＇ deposit system in China and foreign countries, and puts forward some suggestions on the rational use of digital publications after being deposited.
