高校图书馆期刊馆员的人本化管理探究

摘　　要：针对当前部分高校图书馆期刊馆员工作的实际情况,提出期刊馆员人本化管理的主张,分析了期刊馆员人本化管理的必要性和迫切性,并结合工作实践提出期刊馆员人本化管理的若干措施。Aiming at the present actual situation of periodical librarians＇ work in some university libraries, this paper proposes the view of humanistic management of periodical librarians, analyzes the necessity and urgency of the humanistic management of periodical librarians, and puts forward some suggestions on implementing the humanistic management of periodical librarians connecting with the working practice.
