摘　　要：图书馆作为社会文化知识的传播基地,有责任去帮助特殊群体,虽然我国很多图书馆都有针对残疾人的服务,但服务策略总是不到位。针对我国的具体情况,提出了优化中小型图书馆为残疾人服务的具体措施,以期为我国中小型图书馆的该项服务提供帮助。Being as a base for spreading social cultural knowledge, the library has the responsibility to help special groups. Although many libraries in China provide the services for the disabled persons, their service strategy is always not in place. According to the specific conditions of our country, this paper puts forward some concrete measures for optimizing small and medium-sized library＇s service for special groups in order to help the small and medium-sized library to implement this service.
