摘　　要：分析了大学生信息依赖的心理原因,主要是从众心理的支配、依赖性格的驱使、心理诉求的需要和负面情绪的宣泄,提出了增强心理疏导、提升信息素养、构建和谐环境、倡导传统媒介等应对大学生信息依赖的策略。This paper analyzes the main psychological reasons of college students＇ information addiction such as the controlling of herd mentality, the driving of dependence character, the needs of psychological demands and the expressing of negative emotions, and puts forward some strategies for dealing with college students＇ information addiction including strengthening the psychological counseling, enhancing the information literacy, constructing the harmonious environment, and advocating the traditional media, etc.
