摘 要:针对呼吸性粉尘危害大且难润湿的问题,基于润湿剂能降低液滴表面张力的机理,设计润湿剂复配方案;利用沉降法优选出最佳复配润湿剂,并通过测定溶液表面张力验证复配方案的合理性;选取6种煤样并且每种都制成3类浓度不同的呼吸性粉尘,利用喷雾降尘实验台测定复配润湿剂的降尘效果。结果表明,优选出的复配润湿剂降尘效率达到90%,尤其适用于高浓度粉尘场所。In view of the huge harmfulness of respirable dusts and the difficulty to wetting, the composition of wetting agents was designed based on the mechanism that wetting agents can reduce the surface tension of water spray. An optimum mixture of wetting agents was obtained by the method of sedimentation. The rationality of composition formulation is verified by measuring the surface tension of wetting agents solution. Six kinds of coal samples were chosen and each kind was made into three kinds of respirable dust with three different concentrations. The dustfall results of the mixture of wetting agents were measured by the spray dustfall experiment station. The results show that the dustfall efficiency of the mixture of wetting agents is up to 90%. The optimum mixture of wetting agents is especially suitable for workplace with high concentration of dust.
