摘 要:随着全权限数字式高增稳电传飞控系统的广泛应用,以及飞机舵机本身的硬件限制,由舵面速率饱和引发的PIO事件已成为世界各型电传飞机发生飞行事故的首要因素。通过分析速率限制成因及效应,结合飞控系统稳定裕度概念,提出了一种由升降舵速率饱和引发纵向PIO趋势的预测方法,并基于YF12飞机空中加油任务的仿真数据,对其进行了分析和验证。结果表明,该方法分析结果正确、合理,可用于预测由升降舵速率饱和引发的纵向PIO趋势,在后续可逐渐推广到型号试飞中,为型号试飞安全提供保障。Following the extensive use of the full authority digital high augmentation FBW and the limita- tion of the rudder' s hardware, the PIO event induced by control surfaces rate saturating has been becom- ing the primary factor for various types of FBW aircraft in the world. Combined the flight control system' s stability margin, a predicting method for elevator rate saturating induced longitudinal PIO' s tendency had presented by analyzing the origin and effect of the rate limiting. It had been analyzed and verified by the simulating data based on YF12 aircraft in air-refueling task. The results show that the analyzed results of the predicting method is proper and reasonable, which can be used to predict the elevator rate saturating induced longitudinal PIO' s tendency and may be gradually extended to the subsequent type flight test so as to provide support support for flight test safety.
