中巴关系“伙伴论”与“竞争论”:巴西的分析视角

摘　　要：随着国际格局转型的加速以及中巴关系的深化,巴西政、商、学界对中巴关系的关注度迅速上升,对中巴关系的立场也体现出了较大的差异。文章选取了6篇具有代表性的学术分析性文献进行论点梳理和概括,旨在分析巴西各界针对中巴关系的动力、经贸领域的竞争与合作关系、政治互信与国际合作、中巴关系发展趋势、巴西对华政策等问题上的立场差异及其产生的原因。最后,作者客观地对巴西看待中巴关系的视角作出了相应的回应和评估。The Brazilian government,business and academic sectors are showing an increasing interest in Brazil's relations with China as a result of accelerated transition of the global pattern and the deepening of Chinese-Brazilian relations.There are very different and even conflicting viewpoints among them on the relationship.The article summarizes and analyzes those viewpoints collected from six selected academic papers,aimed at revealing Brazilian perspectives on the dynamics of the relationship,the bilateral commercial and economic relations featured by competition and cooperation,the political mutual trust and cooperation,and Brazil's pohcy toward China.
