摘  要:柔性索网是星载环形天线反射器的重要组成部分,其在环形桁架支撑下通过纵向索阵张紧作用形成具有特定精度要求的反射面.环形桁架、前/后索网与纵向索阵处于预应力平衡状态,索段张力的配置直接影响天线反射器的刚度和精度.本文针对反射面索网张力合理配置问题,提出基于ADAMS/MATLAB模拟分析新方法,以张力均匀性和形面均方误差为评价标准,将柔性索网和纵向索阵进行离散化建模,有效控制纵向索阵的张力值,实现前索网反射面的成形计算与分析.数值仿真结果表明,本文方法可快速实现指定反射面精度的索网张力调整,对工程应用具有指导意义.Flexible cable net is an important part of the ring truss antenna reflector, which forms a specific accuracy reflective surface with the tension of the vertical cable array supported by the ring truss. The truss, front/rear cable net and vertical cable array is of pretension and thus in a balance state. Tension configuration of the cable array directly affects the rigidity and surface accuracy of the reflector. In order to solve the tension configuration" problem, a new method based on ADAMS/MATLAB simulation is proposed in this paper. Tension uniformity and surface mean square error are calculated as the evaluation indicators. The flexible cable net and vertical cable array are discretized to finite segments with vogit model. By effective control of the vertical cable array tension, accuracy of the cable net reflector surface can be calculated and evaluated. Numerical simulation results show that this method can be used to quickly adjust the cable net tension with a specified surface accuracy. The method presented in this paper offers guidance in engineering application.
