高位结扎配合黄精赞育胶囊对精索静脉曲张术后不孕症患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨高位结扎配合黄精赞育胶囊对精索静脉曲张术后不孕症患者的疗效。方法:以我院2010年7月至2012年7月间收治的双侧精索静脉曲张患者70例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均行腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术,观察组术后服用黄精赞育胶囊,比较两组患者治疗3个月后精子质量、精液中活性氧含量和随访1年后两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗3个月后精子质量高于对照组,精液中活性氧含量低于对照组,随访1年,观察组患者临床治疗总显效率高于对照组,其差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高位结扎配合黄精赞育胶囊可以有效提高精索静脉曲张术后不孕症患者的治疗效果,改善精子质量和活性,降低精液中活性氧含量。Objectives： To investigate the effect of high ligation of the spermatic vein combined with Huangjingzanyu capsule in the treatment of male infertility.Method： 70 patients with bilateral varicocele who were hospitalized from July 2010 to July 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.All patients received laparoscopic varicocele ligation.The observation group was additionally provided with Huangjingzanyu capsule.The sperm quality,the amount of active oxygen in semen,and the clinical treatment effect after one year follow-up were compared between the 2 groups.Results： For the observation group,the sperm quality was higher than that of the control group,and the amount of active oxygen in semen was lower.In addition,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences being statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of male infertihty after varicocele could be effectively improved by high ligation of the spermatic vein combined with Huangjingzanyu capsule.The treatment can help to enhance sperm quality and the amount of active oxygen in semen.
