温肾活血方加减辅助辩治男性性功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨温肾活血方加减辅助辩治男性性功能障碍的临床效果,以期提高临床治疗水平。方法:随机选取2010年1月至2013年2月150例男性性功能障碍患者为研究对象,分成两组。对照组75例,采用龟鹿补肾丸治疗;观察组75例,采用温肾活血方加减辩治,比较两组治疗后在效果方面的差异性。结果:对照组显效例数23例,比率为30.67%,有效35例,比率为46.67%,总有效率为77.34%;观察组显效例数44例,比率为58.67%,有效23例,比率为30.67%,总有效率为89.34%,两组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。治疗前两组在勃起功能国际问卷增分值相关指标、IIEF-5评分、勃起坚硬度、持续时间等方面比较无明显差异性(P>0.05),而治疗后和治疗前比较均有明显的改善(P<0.05),但是治疗后观察组比对照组改善的更加明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:温肾活血方加减辅助辩治男性性功能障碍临床效果满意。Objectives： To explore the clinical effect of the decoction of warming kidney and promoting blood circulation on the treatment of male sexual dysfunction.Method： 150 male patients with sexual dysfunction who were hospitalized from January 2010 to February 2013 were included in this study and were randomly divided into 2 groups： 75 cases in the control group who were treated with the Turtle Deer Kidney-tonifying Pill,and other 75 cases in the observation group who were provided with the adaptable symptom-oriented therapy based on the decoction of warming kidney and promoting blood circulation.The effects of the 2 different therapies were compared.Results： In the control group,the number of markedly effective cases was 23,accounting for 67％ of the total,and the number of the effective cases was 35,taking up 46.67％ of the total.The total effective rate came to 77.34％ ; In the observation group,the number of markedly effective cases and effective cases were 44 and 23 respectively,accounting for 58.67％ and 30.67 ％ of the total.The total effective rate reached 89.34％.The difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Before the treatment,There were no significant difference between the two groups in the IIEF questionnaire scores,IIEF-5 scores,erection firmness,duration of patients （P＞ 0.05）,but those indicators were apparently improved after the treatment for both groups （P ＜ 0.05） with the observation group showing significantly better results （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion： The decoction of warming kidney and promoting blood circulation could achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction.
