摘　　要：目的:探讨中国本土化婚姻健康教育方案并检验其对婚姻质量的影响效果。方法:采取自愿原则,招募400名婚龄在5年之内的夫妻。随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组要求全程参与标准化的婚姻健康教育,6个月后随访。结果:实验组婚姻质量变化显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中国化婚姻健康教育方案能有效的改善夫妻婚姻质量,适合推广使用。Objectives： To explore the Chinese localization of marital health education programs and to test its effects on the quality of marriage.Method： Two hundred voluntary couples who got married in the past five years were recruited and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group participated in the standardized marital health education and were followed up after six months.Results： The experimental group showed significantly larger changes in marital quality than the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion： Localized marital health education programs can effectively improve marital quality and is suitable for popularizing.
