摘　　要：目的探讨军队医院基本指挥所演习流程及主要训练内容。方法通过专家咨询、座谈讨论和演习实践,探讨军队医院基本指挥所演习的组织与实施。结果形成了军队医院基本指挥所演习的基本流程,确定了训练的主要内容。结论演习流程和训练内容是军队医院基本指挥所演习的核心,是演习成功与否的关键。Objective To investigate basic manoeuvre flow and primary training contents of basic command post in military hospital. Methods Through expert consultation, discussion, manoeuvreand exercises, and other methods, manoeuvreorganization and implementation of the basic command post in the military hospital was discussed. Results Basic manoeuvre flow of basic command post in military hospital was formulated, and primary training contents were discussed. Conclusion Flow and training contents are core of manoeuvre of basic command post in military hospital and the keys of successful manoeuvre.
