“和谐使命-2013”东南亚8国及亚丁湾地区门诊外科患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析“和谐使命-2013”医疗服务外科门诊工作特点。方法回顾性分析外科门诊疾病总体分布情况；分析外科门诊疾病诊断准确率及手术率；对非明确诊断进行归类分析，统计各类症状或体征所占的比例；对各专科医师接诊情况进行统计，分析外科医师诊断符合率。结果门诊外科患者多，占总就诊量的24．8％；外科病种分布较广，骨科疾病最多，占53．5％；外科门诊疾病诊断明确的占60％；非明确诊断患者中腰腿痛类症状最多见，占32．4％；普通外科和骨科医师接诊本专科疾病符合率分别为38．3％和45．0％。结论外科门诊工作的特点是病种分布广，非明确诊断比例较高，部分患者需及时手术治疗，需要门诊外科医师具备一专多能的业务技能、较强的风险识别和应对能力。Objective To analyze the characteristics of surgery clinic in ＂Mission Harmony- 2013＂ and explore the capability requirements for surgeon. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on distribution of surgical diseases, the accuracy of diagnosis and operation, categorization of different diseases, and etc. Results It reflected a majority of surgical outpatients （24.8%） and a wide variety of surgical disease distribution, including orthopedic diseases （53.5%）. It also demonstrated the determined diagnosis （60%） and non-determined diagnosis symptoms of back-leg pain （32.4%）. The accuracy of diagnosis for general surgery and orthopedics were 38.3% and 45.0%, respectively. Conclusion The characteristics of surgical outpatient clinic are wide distribution, high percentage of non-determined diagnosis, and demands for instant surgical operation of which require the surgeons who carries the features of possessing specialty and multi-capability and risk awareness and responsibility.
