摘 要:以马来酸酐和苯乙烯为原料合成二元共聚物SMA(maleic anhydride-styrene),其分别与油胺和十八醇反应,制备合成2种不同结构的梳状聚合物NSMA(Oleamide-SMA)和OSMA(Octadecanol-SMA)。采用红外光谱分析、凝胶色谱分析和热失重分析,研究了聚合物的结构和稳定性,并进行了梳状聚合物降凝的机理研究。研究结果表明,官能团上侧链长度和数目会影响聚合物添加剂的降凝能力;在添加剂分子结构中引入π键和氢键缔合作用可以改善添加剂的降凝效果;聚合物的分子量和添加浓度影响降凝效果。同时分析结果与实验评价基本一致,OSMA和NSMA两种梳状聚合物具有潜在的工业降凝应用价值。The bipolymer SMA(styrene-maleic anhydride)was synthesized with styrene and maleic anhydride. Then, two comb polymers NSMA(Oleamide-SMA)and OSMA(Octadecanol-SMA)were prepared by the reaction between SMA and oleylamine or octadecyl alcohol. The structures of these polymers were characterized by the infrared spectral analysis, gel permeation chromatography analysis and thermogravimetry analysis. Moreover, the pour point depressing(PPD)proper- ties of these comb polymers were also examined experimentally. Results showed that, the length and number of side chains had obvious influence on the depressing ability. The π bonds and hydrogen bonds between depressants were found to be key factors for improving the PPD properties. The molecular weight and concentration of polymers can also change the depress- ing ability. In a word, both OSMA and NSMA had potential pour point depressing ability in industry.
