摘  要:为获得充分水解,且尽量避免缩聚的有机硅氧烷水解产物,对乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)的水解工艺进行了研究。结果表明,VTES在中性介质中很难发生水解,在酸性介质中的水解伴随着水解生成的Si-OH发生缩聚反应;Si-OH缩聚生成的Si-O-Si的含量随着酸或水含量的增加先下降后提高;VTES、水与硝酸溶液的质量比为100∶30∶0.4,常温搅拌至溶液无分层且澄清,即可获得水解完全且缩聚反应最低的VTES水解产物。In order to obtain hydrolysis products of organic siloxane that was fully hydrolyted and as few as possible of polycondensation,hydrolysis process of organic vinyl triethoxy silane(VTES)was researched. The results showed that, the hydrolysis of VTES was hard in neutral solution, while in acid solution it happened accompanied by the polycondensati- on of VTES hydrolysis products Si-OH. With the increase of acid solution or water content, the content of Si-O-Si obtained from the polycondensation of Si-OH decreased first and then increased. The hydrolysis production of VTES, fully hydrolysis and the lowest polycondensation of hydrolysis produetionis, can be obtained when stirring under room temperature until the solution(the mass ratio of VTES,deionized water and nitric acid solution was 100 : 30 : 0. 4)had no stratification.
