摘  要:首先以对羟基苯甲醛、对硝基苯胺合成席夫碱化合物,然后将对羟基苯甲酸与氯乙醇通过取代反应合成4(ω)羟乙氧基苯甲酸,然后接到甲基三氯硅烷上,最后与席夫碱化合物通过酯化反应合成新的液晶化合物。通过红外光谱对液晶化合物的结构进行表征,利用偏光显微镜和DSC测试目标产物的液晶性能。结果表明:此液晶化合物具有近晶型液晶特性,液晶变化范围为160-245℃,液晶变化范围比较宽,为有机硅功能材料在液晶领域提供了广阔应用前景。First, Schiff base compound was synthesised by p-hydroxybenzaldehyde and p-nitroaniline, 4-(ω)- hydroxyethoxy benzoic acid then he synthesized used hydroxy benzoic acid and chloroethanol by replacing eaction, and the acid was grafted on methyltrichlorosilanesilane, finally new liquid crystal compound was synthesised with Schiff base com- pound by esterification reactionn. The structure of the compound was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and using a po- larizing microscope and DSC tested performance of the LCD target product. The results showed that: the compound had characteristics of smectic liquid crystal, the liquid crystal changed in the range of from 160℃ to 245℃ and so in a relatively wide range, the silicone functional materials was provided a broad application prospect in the field of liquid crystal.
