摘 要:利用静电纺丝技术制备了具有较高比表面积的聚丙烯腈纳米纤维膜,经双硫腙改性分离富集水中的重金属,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)分析测试手段进行了表征。以铅为例用电镜跟踪观察吸附过程中纤维膜表面形貌变化;以原子吸收光谱(AAS)研究了纤维膜的吸附性能,考察了pH、吸附时间等相关参数对吸附的影响。这种纤维膜吸附速度快,在碱性环境下pH为8.0左右对Pb(II)吸附效果较好,最大吸附量可达到79.28mg/g,并对其进行脱附研究,洗脱时间较短,可重复利用。High specific area nanofiber membrane of the polyacrylonitrile was prepared by electrospinning tech- nique. They were functionalized via reaction with dithizone and used as adsorbent to remove and recovery heavy metal ions from the aqueous solution. The membranes were characterized with scanning electron microscopy( SEM )and infrared spec- troscopy( IR )technique respectively. The changes of fiber surface morphology were observed by scanning electron micros- copy in the adsorbating process of Pb(II), with flame atomic absorption method(AAS)to study the adsorption capability of adsorbent, and the effects of PH, adsorption time were investigated. This fiber had the advantage of high adsorption rate. In alkaline environment pH=8. 0, the maximum adsorption capacity can reach to 79. 28mg/g, and elution time was shorter. The durability of the membranes was also evaluated by repetitive adsorption-desorption.
