摘  要:用定量钡盐沉淀硫代葡萄糖甙(简称硫甙)的水解产物——硫酸根,而间接测定硫甙的含量,很难用于低硫甙的测定。本文着重研究了影响测定的各种干扰因素和排除干扰的方法,同时借助灵敏度高、选择性好的原子吸收光谱分析法,从而保证了低硫甙的准确测定。本方法的检出限为l.07μmol/g,硫甙含量<7.3μmol/g时,标准偏差为0.09~0.23,The analytic method of determining glucosinolate indirectly with its hydrolysis products has been used far and wide. But sensitivity and accuracy can not satisfy the needs while we use some indirect method to determine glucosinolate, specially low glucosinolate. By using atomic absorption spectrometry, these features are found: high sensitivity, good selectivity and strong ability of antijamming. By combing chemical procedure to remove interfere, the low glucosinolate in rapeseed is determined. This paper presents interfere factors and study the method of how to remove the interfere. By adding heavy metal to preciticate and separate hydroprotein, phytic acid, and by removing background sulfate from the sample solution, D.L. of this method is 1.07μmol/g. When the content is less than 7.3μmol/g, S.D is equal to 0.09-0.23.
