摘 要:纳罗克非洲狗尾草(Setariasphacelata(Scbum)StapfexMassesyCV.Narok.)是南方草业生产和生态环境建设的骨干牧草,但其种子产量低,休眠严重,严重制约了该优良牧草在我国的推广应用。为破除纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的休眠现象,以云南省自产纳罗克非洲狗尾草商品种子为研究对象,采用外源稀土化合物——硝酸镧溶液浸种,研究硝酸镧浸种对纳罗克非洲狗尾草萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同浸种时间、不同浓度的硝酸镧溶液均能不同程度破除纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的休眠。其中,650mg/LLa(NO3),溶液浸种12-36h效果最好,种子的发芽势和发芽率分别可达44%和5l%,较对照分别提高了22%和23%(P〈0.05);种子的发芽指数和活力指数分别达14.84和0.0122,较对照分别提高了76%和72%(P〈0.05)。Setaria sphacelata (Schum)Stapf ex Massesy cv. Narok. was one of the backbone grass in grassland production and ecological environment construction in southern China. But the production of the grass seed was low, and dormant phenomenon was serious, which seriously restricted the popularization and utilization of this grass. To select seeds of Narok as the experimental material in Yunnan Province, seeds were treated with exog- enous rare earth compounds-Lanthanum nitrate solution. Results showed that different concentrations ,different soaking time of lanthanum nitrate solution of treatments had different degree in breaking the Narok seed dormant phenomenon. 650 mg/L [ La ( NO3 ) 3 ] solution that Soaking 12 - 36 h was the best. Seed germination potential and germination rate could be 44% and 51% respectively, compared with the control were increased by 22% and 23% (p 〈 0.05 ) ;seed germination index and vigor index could reach 14.84 and 0.012 2 respec- tively,compared with the control were increased by 76% and 72% (p 〈0.05).
