摘  要:考虑水资源和土地资源大系统特征,以灌区灌溉净效益最大为目标,建立缺水灌区农业水土资源优化配置模型,根据模型特点,提出多阶段人工鱼群算法。将模型应用于某大型灌区,得出灌区2015年平水年(P=50%)和一般干旱年(P=75%)3种主要农作物的优化种植面积以及水资源年内分配方案,结果表明:采用优化配置模型优化效果显著,2015年平水年(P=50%)与一般干旱年(P=75%)农业净效益比采用传统配置模式下的农业净效益分别提高7.5%和10.3%;多阶段人工鱼群算法对解决缺水灌区复杂的农业水土资源优化配置问题合理有效,为大系统优化问题提供了一种新的解决思路。Considering the large system characteristics of water and soil resources, with the goal of maximiz-ing the net irrigation benefit in an irrigation area, an optimal model for agriculture water and soil resourc-es configuration in water shortage irrigation area has been set up. According to the model characteristics, multi-stage artificial fish algorithm was proposed. Through applying the model to a large irrigation area, the optimization of the three main crops planting area and the water resources allocation scheme in a median water year (P=50 % ) and general drought years (P=75 % ) during 2015 were concluded, which shows that: (1) agricultural net benefits of optimization configuration model in the median water year (P=50 %) and general drought years (P=75 %) were 7.5 % and 10.3 % higher than that of the traditional configura- tion model, respectively; (2) the multi-stage artificial fish algorithm had the advantage of fast speed and good convergence in solving problems of complex optimal allocation of agricultural water and soil resources in the irrigation area, which can provide a new solution for large system optimization problems.
