摘  要:建立三峡水库蓄水优化调度模型,以防洪、发电和蓄水为目标对蓄水时机和蓄水进度同时优化;采用多种群混合进化粒子群算法(MSE-PSO)基于模拟-优化解法流程对模型进行求解,生成了不同起蓄时间的优化蓄水调度线。模型计算结果表明,在确保防洪标准不降低的前提下提前蓄水和加快蓄水进度都能增加发电和蓄水效益;若即使为考虑防洪安全将蓄水时间推迟,仍可通过加大蓄水进度来增加综合效益;并以9月份来水较枯的2009年和发生较大洪水的1966年作为典型年对优化蓄水调度线进行了验证。A optimal impounding model is established for Three Gorges Reservoir, while the impounding time and progress are both optimized by considering the objectives of flood control power generation and water storage. The Multi-swarms Shuffling Evolution Algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization (MSE-PSO) is used to solve the model based on simulation- optimization process, and the optimal impounding lines in different impounding time are generated. The result shows that water impounding in advance and speeding up impounding can add the benefits of power generation and water storage without lowering flood control standard, and speeding up impounding still can improve comprehensive benefits even if the impounding time is postponed for guaranteeing flood control safety. The optimal impounding lines are validated by taking 2009 with a dry September and 1966 with a great flood in September as typical years.
