摘 要:研究了Al含量变化对铝热反应合成FeNiCrAl/NiAl合金微观组织的影响。结果表明随着Al含量的增加,NiAl金属间化合物和FeNiCrAl呈现不同的组织形态:当铝含量较低时,NiAl相在晶粒内部以颗粒形式存在,在晶界处呈板条状结构;随着铝含量增加,首先在晶界处形成编织状结构进而扩展至晶粒内部,最终形成完整的编织状结构;当Al含量进一步增加时,编织结构尺寸不断减小,直至在晶粒内部消失,并对这一组织形态变化原因做了阐述。The influence of AI content on the microstructure of FeNiCrAl/NiAl composite prepared by thermite reaction was studied. The results show that the NiAl intermetallic compound and the FeNiCrAI present different microstructures morphologies with increasing of Al content. When the Al content is low, NiAI phase exists as particulate inside the grains, and as lath structure in the grain boundary. With the increase of Al content, the intertexture structure first appearing near the grain boundary extends into the grains. Finally a consistent intertexture structure is formed. However, with the further increase of Al content, the size of intertexture structure decreases and even disappears inside the grains. The reason of these microstructure morphology changes was discussed.
