摘　　要：为了便于香蕉秸秆资源的有效利用,满足低碳环保和可持续发展的要求,设计一种香蕉秸秆切片机,它运用到液压驱动和PLC数字控制技术。设计液压系统图和PLC程序梯形图,实现对香蕉秸秆切片的自动化作业,切片质量好,效率高,便于香蕉秸秆的再加工和再利用,满足生产需求。For the efficient use of resources of banana pseudostem, and to meet the requirements of low--carbon environmental protec- tion and sustainable development,a banana pseudostem slicer was de- signed. It used hydraulic drive and PLC digital control technology. The hydraulic system diagram and PLC ladder program was designed to achieve the automation of operations on banana pseudostem＇ sli- cing, with good quality of slices and high efficiency of processing. It was convenient for banana pseudostem＇ reprocessing and reuse, and met the production needs.
