阿托伐他汀联合非洛地平对高血压合并高脂血症患者左心室重量指数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察阿托伐他汀联合非洛地平对高血压合并高血脂患者的左心室重量指数的影响。方法将82例高血压合并原发性高血脂患者随机分为两组，观察组46例，每天口服阿托伐他汀联合非洛地平；对照组36例口服氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀。治疗20周，观察两组患者血压、血清C-反应蛋白、血脂及左心室重量指数变化的情况。结果治疗20周后，两组患者左心重量指数及血压均降低（P〈0．05）。并且观察组患者的左心重量指数及血压明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者血清C-反应蛋白及血脂水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），而高密度脂蛋白水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合非洛地平治疗高血压合并高血脂患者更能明显降低血压，并逆转左心室重塑，降低左心重量指数，临床可供治疗高血压合并高血脂患者。Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with felodipine tablets on left ventricular mass index in patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia. Meth ods Eighty-two patients with hypertension combined with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. The 46 cases in observation group were orally given atorvastatin calcium combined with felodipine tablets; and the 36 cases in control group were orally given amlodipine and atorvastatin calci um. The course of the treatment was 20 weeks, and the blood pressure, serum C-reactive protein, blood lipids and left ventricular mass index changes of the two groups were observed. Results After 20-week treatment, the left ventricular mass index and blood pressure all dropped （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the left ven tricular mass index and blood pressure value in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of serum C-reactive protein and blood lipids in the observation group were obviously lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but the level of high-density lipopro tein was distinctly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Atorvastatin calciumcombined with felodipine tablets can obviously lower the blood pressure of patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia,and reverse left ventricular reconstruction, lower the left ventricular mass index, so it can be clinically used for the treatment of patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
