依折麦布联合瑞舒伐他汀对冠状动脉粥样斑块的影响

摘　　要：目的通过冠状动脉造影检查观察依折麦布联合瑞舒伐他汀降脂治疗对冠状动脉粥样斑块进展的影响。方法将已行CAG检查105例患者随机分为联合降脂组（依折麦布10mg联合瑞舒伐他汀10mg）35例、他汀强化组（瑞舒伐他汀20mg）35例和对照组（瑞舒伐他汀10mg）35例。通过CAG观察经过12个月降脂治疗前后冠状动脉狭窄程度的变化。结果与治疗前比较，治疗后各组的低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、总胆固醇（TC）和三酰甘油（TG）水平均下降（P〈0．05）。其中联合治疗组能更显著地降低LDL-C、TC及TG水平，且管腔狭窄回缩的程度也是最明显的（P〈0．05）。结论依折麦布（10mg）联合瑞舒伐他汀（10mg）强化降脂可以更好地逆转冠状动脉粥样斑块的进展，减轻管腔狭窄程度，并且LDL-C下降程度与管腔狭窄回缩的程度呈正相关。Objective To observe the effects of the combination of ezetimibe and rosuvastatin on coronary atherosclerotic plaques in patients with coronary heart disease by coronary angiongraphy. Meth ods A total of 105 patients diagnosed by coronary angiography were studied and randomly divided into control group （rosuvastatin 10 rag, n = 35）, rosavastatin group （rosuvastatin group 20 rag, n = 35） and combined treatment group （ ezetimibe 10 rag, rosuvastatin 10 mg, n = 35）. They were treated for 12 months. The changes of blood-lipids and the degree of coronary artery stenosis were compared after 12 months of treatment. Results Compared with those before treatment, the levels of low-density lipo （LDL-C） , total cholesterol （ TC ） and triglycer -ide （TG） in all groups deceased after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of LDL-C, TC and TG decreased significantly in the combined treatment group. At the same time, the change of stenosis degree was the biggest （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin can reverse the progress of coronary atherosclerotic plaque, reduce the degree of cororary artery stenosis, and the degree of LDL-decreasing level is positively correlated with the return degree of coronary artery stenosis.
