摘　　要：目的探讨癌症患者疼痛的护理干预。方法对1例患者因癌症引起的疼痛进行系统的评估分析，按照WHO推荐的癌症镇痛三阶梯止痛法，并适当运用非药物镇痛方法，对患者及家属同步实施相关疼痛知识健康教育等护理措施。结果癌症患者经疼痛评估，进行治疗和护理干预后，控制和缓解疼痛效果明显。结论癌症患者经疼痛评估和护理后，对提高癌症疼痛患者的生存质量具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of cancer pain. Methods Through the method of systematic assessment of 1 patient with cancer pain, according to the WHO recommended three step analgesic ladder for cancer pain relieving method, and the proper use of non pharmacological analgesic method, to patients and their families with the step to carry out the related knowledge of pain in health care and education measures. Results Patients with cancer pain assessment, treatment and nursing intervention, control and pain relief effect was obvious. Conclusions After the pain assess ment and care, there was an important significance to improve the quality of life in patients with cancer pain.
