摘  要:染色体核型分析可为研究植物的系统演化、亲缘关系以及物种的起源和遗传特性提供重要的细胞学依据。以从云南省大围山国家级自然保护区收集野生滇桑(Morus yunnanensis)的愈伤组织为材料,采用去壁低渗法制备染色体标本,对其染色体核型进行分析。结果表明,大围山滇桑体细胞的染色体数目为14,核型公式为K(2n)=2x=2St+12m,14条染色体组成7对。该结果在不久前发现川桑(Morus notabilis)染色体基数为7的基础上,验证了桑树染色体基数为7条的推论,对于进一步研究滇桑的起源与进化具有重要意义。Karyotype analysis provides important cellular evidences for studying systematic evolution, phylogenetic rela- tionship, species origin and genetic characteristics of plants. In the present study, the callus of Morus yunnaneneis was collected from Daweishan Natural Reserve of China in Yunnan Province and used to prepare chromosome samples by means of wall removal and hypotonic treatment for karyotype analysis. The results showed that the somatic chromosome number of M. yunnanensis was 14 and its karyotype formula was K(2n)= 2x =2St+12m. The 14 chromosomes were clearly grouped into 7 pairs. Based on the basic chromosome number of Morus notablis was 7, this result verified the conclusion that the basic chromosome number of mulberry was 7, providing important information for further studies on origination and evolution of M. yunnanensis.
