摘  要:用微波辅助水浸提的方法提取桑叶总黄酮,设定提取温度为100℃,选择提取工艺条件中的料液质量浓度、提取时间和微波功率进行单因素试验,在此基础上以桑叶总黄酮提取率为响应值,进一步采用3因素3水平的Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面分析优化上述提取条件。优化的微波辅助水浸提桑叶总黄酮工艺条件为:提取温度100℃,料液质量浓度0.027 7g/L,提取时间4.4 min,微波功率377 W。采用此工艺条件,桑叶总黄酮提取率预测值为2.334%,验证值为2.325%。试验结果表明,优化后的微波辅助水浸提桑叶总黄酮的工艺具有提取时间短、提取率高、对环境友好等优点。To optimize the microwave-assisted water extraction process for total flavonoids from mulberry leaves, material mass concentration, extraction time and microwave power were selected to conduct single factor tests under the condi- tion of extraction temperature 100 ℃. Furthermore, a three-level three-variable Box-Behnken design and response surface analysis were applied using extraction rate of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves as response value to optimize the above extraction condition. The optimized parameters are composed of extraction temperature 100 ℃, material mass concentration 0. 027 7 g/mL, extracted time 4.4 min and microwave power 377 W. Under this optimum extraction condi- tion, the predicted extraction rate of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves was 2. 334% and the actual extraction rate was 2.325%. The results indicated that the optimized microwave-assisted water extraction for total flavonoids from mulberry leaves has the advantages of short extraction time and high extraction yield, and is environment-friendly as well.
