家蚕品种云蚕8的复壮与改良

摘　　要：家蚕品种云蚕8与云蚕7的杂交组合已在云南蚕区大面积推广10多年。针对云蚕8的强健性和茧层率性状明显退化的问题,将分点保存的云蚕8多个品系的母种采用循环杂交及回交等方法进行复壮改良,选择的优良组合经过5个世代定向选育重新建立了云蚕8母种的新系统。复壮改良后的云蚕8母种平均虫蛹率和茧层率分别达到93.54%、23.46%,较原品系分别提高5.19%、0.38%,原种的虫蛹率和茧层率分别达到98.11%、24.48%。将复壮改良后的云蚕8与先期复壮改良的云蚕7组配新组合f2云7×f4云8,其健康性和产茧量等与原杂交组合云蚕7×云蚕8相比均得到提高,虫蛹率从95.80%提高到99.09%,茧层率从23.05%提高到24.27%,万蚕茧层量从3.73 kg提高到4.68 kg,万蚕产茧量从16.25 kg提高到20.79kg,有效地实现了对云蚕8母种、原种的复壮改良。The hybrid combination of silkworm varieties Yuncan 8 and Yuncan 7 has been popularized in Yunnan Province for more than 10 years, and some important economic traits have degenerated in certain degree. Aiming at the degeneration problem of Yuncan 8 on vitality and cocoon shell rate, cyclic crossing and backcrossing were used to reju- venate and improve various great grandparental lines of Yuncan 8 which were preserved at different places. After 5 gen- erations of directional selection, a new parental line of Yuncan 8 was established from the selected excellent combina- tions. The rejuvenated parental line of Yuncan 8 had an average larva-pupa rate and cocoon shell rate up to 93.54% and 23.46% respectively, being 5. 19% and 0.38% higher over the original line. The larva-pupa rate and cocoon shell rate of the parental stock reached 98. 11% and 24.48% respectively. The rejuvenated Yuncan 8 and the previously rejuvenated Yuncan 7 were used to prepare a new combination f2Yun 7xf4Yun 8 with remarkably improved vitality and cocoon output. Its larva-pupa rate was increased from 95.80% to 99.09%, cocoon shell rate was increased from 23.05% to 24.27%, cocoon shell weight of ten thousand larvae was increased from 3. 73 kg to 4. 68 kg, and cocoon yield of ten thousand larvae was increased from 16.25 kg to 20.79 kg.
