摘 要:[目的]研究碳源对固定化费氏丙酸菌生产丙酸的影响。[方法]采用吸附-包埋结合法制备固定化费氏丙酸菌细胞,用于生产丙酸,研究了碳源(葡萄糖、乳酸钠和蔗糖)及其浓度对固定化细胞生产丙酸的影响。[结果]最适宜的碳源为乳酸钠,最适浓度为40g/L,丙酸产量13.03 g/L。[结论]试验考察了碳源对固定化费氏丙酸菌生产丙酸的影响,为费氏丙酸菌的开发利用提供了依据。[Objective] To study effects of carbon sources on propionic acid production by immobilized Propionibacterium freudenreichii.[Method] The cells of Propionibacteriumfreudenreichii were immobilized in adsorption-entrapping methods for the production of propionic acid.The effect of the carbon sources (glucose,sodium lactate,sucrose) and their concentration on propionic acid production were investigated.[Result] The experimental results showed that the sodium lactate was more suitable carbon source than glucose and sucrose.The yield of propionic acid fermented with immobilized Propionibacterium freudenreichii reached up to13.03 g/L with The optimal sodium lactate concentration of 40 g/L.[Conclusion] Effects of carbon sources on propionic acid production by immobilized Propionibacteriumfreudenreichii were investigated,which will provide reference for development and utilization of Propionibacteriumfreudenreichii.
