摘　　要：[目的]研究粤西北山区上一轮土地整治的实施效果。[方法]以连州市作为研究区域,针对连州市上一轮的土地整治相关规划的实施情况及实施效果进行研究。[结果]"十一五"期间,连州市土地整治工作在数量上圆满完成了相关各项规划的具体要求,耕地数量得到保护,农民的生产生活条件也有不同程度的提高。但是,上一轮土地整治规划在实施过程中也表现出规划滞后、目标单一、进度缓慢以及各规划之间衔接不够等不足。[结论]从连州市上一轮规划实施的情况来看,亟需一套系统的、综合的土地整治规划来指导新时期的土地综合整治工作。[Objective] In order to study the effect of the implementation of a land rearrangement in the mountains of northwestern Guangdong.[Method] With Lianzhou as the study area,the implementation effect of land rearrangement planning of Lianzhou was studied.[Result] The results showed that,in the ＂Eleventh Five-Years＂ period,the land rearrangement work has successfully completed the specific requirements of the relevant planning.The farmers＇production and living conditions had improved to varying degrees,and the cultivated land had protected,too.However,the implementation process of the last round land rearrangement planning exhibit a number of shortcomings,such as,planning lag,the goal of a single,slow progress,lack of convergence,and so on.[Conclusion] Therefore,from the implementation effect of the last round land rearrangement planning of Lianzhou,we need a systematic,comprehensive land rearrangement planning to guide the comprehensive land management work in the new era.
