摘　　要：介绍了四平昊华化工有限公司氯碱厂盐水工序在某次处理预处理器下排泥管堵时导致预处理器粗盐水全部外泄的事故发生经过,分析了事故原因,提出了预防措施。The accident process that all crude brine in pretreatment device leaked while dredging the blocked bottom mud pipe, occurred in brine system at Chlor - Alkali Factory of Siping Haohua Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. , is introduced. The causes of the accident are analyzed. And preventive measures are proposed.
