摘 要:目的:观察针刺"天枢"穴对正常大鼠空肠消化间期移行性复合运动(MMC)各时相肠电、肠运动的影响,探讨针刺"天枢"穴调节肠运动功能的效应及机制。方法:健康SD大鼠16只,采用肠道平滑肌浆膜下电极埋植和浆膜表面高灵敏度应变片传感器缝合技术,对麻醉大鼠在体同步记录空肠平滑肌电活动及空肠机械运动,分别在MMCⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ时相针刺"天枢"穴,观察对肠电快、慢波和肠运动频率和幅值的影响。结果:除Ⅰ相肠电快波针刺前后无明显变化外,大鼠MMC的Ⅰ相肠电慢波、肠运动的频率和幅值及Ⅱ、Ⅲ相肠电快、慢波及肠运动的频率和幅值与针刺前基础值相比,均有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:针刺"天枢"穴对大鼠空肠MMCⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ时相肠电、肠运动均有明显的抑制,其机制可能与针刺"天枢"主要通过节段性的体表-交感反射通路抑制空肠运动有关。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture stimulation of "Tianshu" (ST 25) on electrical and mechani- cal activities of jejunum smooth muscle at different phases of interdigestive migrating motor complex(MMO)in normal rats, so as to explore its mechanism underlying regulation of intestinal function. Methods A total of 16 adult SD rats were used in the present study. After 18-24 hours' fasting (with free access to water), the rats were subjected into experimental observation. Electro- myogram and intestinal mechanical motor were respectively recorded by using implanted metal electrodes and strain gauge (su- tured to the serosal surface of the jejunum) and biophysiological amplifier system. Manual acupuncture stimulation was applied to ST 25 for about 1 min at phase Ⅰ , Ⅱ" and Ⅲ of MMC, respectively. Results Following manual acupuncture stimulation of ST 25, the mean frequencies and amplitudes of both fast and slow waves of electrical activities and muscular contraction tension of the jejunum smooth muscle at phase Ⅱ" and Ⅲ of MMC were significantly decreased compared to their baseline levels (P〈0.01). No significant changes were found in the mean frequency and amplitude of fast wave of electrical activities of the jejunum smooth mus- cle at phase I of MMC after acupuncture stimulation of ST 25 (P〈0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture stimulation of ST 25 can in- hibit the jejunum electrical and mechanical activities at phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ" of MMC in normal rats, probably via somato-sympathetic reflex.
