摘　　要：目的:利用Meta分析评价针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、重庆维普全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed,收集关于针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的随机对照研究。由两名研究者根据纳入和排除标准,独立筛选适合的文献,提取资料并利用Jadad评分量表对纳入的研究进行质量评价。采用统计软件Stata 11.0进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入26篇文献,累计患者2 280例。Meta分析结果显示,针灸治疗组与对照组比较,总有效率[OR=5.63,95%CI(4.24,7.47),P<0.0001]、治愈率[OR=3.18,95%CI(2.59,3.89),P<0.0001]及复发率[OR=0.11,95%CI(0.03,0.47),P<0.05]差异均有统计学意义。结论:针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效肯定,但由于纳入的文献质量评分比较低,仍需高质量的研究加以验证。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapies for chronic pelvic inflam- matory disease （CPID） by Meta-analysis. Methods Randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treat- ment of CPID were searched from Databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, Chinese Scientific and Techno- logical Journals （VIP）, WanFang, China Biomedicine（CBM） and PubMed up to 15 October, 2012. Two researchers independent- ly selected the eligible literature according to the designed selection and exclusion criteria, extracted data and made an evaluation on the quality of the included studies by using the Jadad 5-point scale. The Meta-analysis was carried out using software Stata 11.0. Results A total of 26 studies involving 2 280 patients were included. Results of Meta-analysis showed significant differ- ences between acupuncture-mexibustion intervention group and control group in terms of total effective rate[OR = 5.63, 95 % CI （4.24, 7.47）, P〈0. 00011, cure rate[OR=3. 18, 95% CI （2.59,3.89）, P〈0. 0001], and recurrence rate[OR=0. 11, 95% CI （0.03, 0.47）, P〈0.051. Conclusion scores of these included studies are low, high Acupuncture-moxibustion is effective in the treatment of CPID. Due to the Jadad quality studies are definitely needed to confirm the conclusion.
